Items should be returned new, unused and with the garment tags still attached. Any personalized, monogrammed, altered or customized product is not eligible for return or exchange. Original shipping charges are not eligible for refund on orders that were shipped correctly.

Returns made for products over one year old may be accepted at the discretion of Boston Fire Gear.

Full-price/Sale (non-final sale/clearance items:

• Within 60 days of purchase: Full refund or merchandise credit
• After 60 days of purchase: Merchandise credit of purchase value
• After 90 days of purchase: Merchandise credit of last retail value

Final Sale/Clearance Items:

All final sale/clearance are not eligible for return, exchange, refund or credit.

Faulty Items

Items are classified as faulty if they are not of standard quality or as described. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty or accepted for return.
